Terms & Conditions

1.1 To confirm your booking, the full amount must be paid. If you wish to pay in installments please contact info@biochakra.net for more info.

1.2 Payment can be made via Stripe checkout or bank transfer. In order to make a bank transfer please contact the organizer. info@biochakra.net

2.1 If you cancel your booking:

• Up to 14 days before the retreat: 100% refund.

• Less than 14 days before the retreat: the amount will be refunded as a credit to be used for a future retreat.

2.2 In case of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.

3.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities.

3.2 Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

3.3 The retreat organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.​

4.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location if purchased a single-day pass.

4.2 We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

5.1 Accommodation is provided on a shared or private basis, as selected during booking if you purchase a complete package.

5.2 Participants who purchase a four-day pass or a single-day pass are responsible for booking their own accommodation within the recommended area.

5.3 The retreat schedule and activities are subject to change without notice due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or the discretion of the organizers.

6.1 Respectful behavior toward fellow participants, staff, and the retreat environment is expected at all times.

6.2 The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior to leave the retreat without a refund.

7.1 The retreat organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat.

7.2 Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and decisions while participating in the retreat.

8.1 By attending the retreat, you consent to photos or videos being taken during activities, which may be used for promotional purposes.

8.2 If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform the organizers in writing before the retreat begins

9.1 The organizers are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.
